April 4, 2003: KBA North America, a member of the KBA Group and a leading sheetfed offset press manufacturer in Williston, VT, has named Michael Mugavero as its product manager for the eastern region and district sales manager for the metro New York region. Mugavero’s territory will include northern New Jersey, metro New York City, Long Island, and the lower Hudson Valley. He will be responsible for KBA Rapida sheetfed presses ranging in size from 20 x 29” to 47 x 64” as well as the 74 Karat Digital Press line.           Previously, Mugavero had spent eleven years with another press manufacturer in sales and general management. He’s had 32 years experience in the printing industry. “We congratulate Michael on his appointment at KBA,” says Ralf Sammeck, president and CEO of KBA North America’s Sheetfed Division. “His vast experience in the graphic arts industry will enable KBA to expand its sheetfed press presence in the New York and New Jersey regions.”
