Moore Corporation Names Theophilos EVP Of Business And Legal Affairs

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario & STAMFORD, Conn. --March 17, 2003-- Moore Corporation Limited today announced that, effective immediately, Theodore J. ("Ted") Theophilos has joined the company as Executive Vice President - Business and Legal Affairs. He will report to Mark Angelson, Chief Executive Officer of Moore Corporation, and will be based in Bannockburn, Illinois. Mr. Theophilos comes to Moore from Palm Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of hand held computers, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to this, Mr. Theophilos held similar positions at eTrade, True North and AC Neilsen. "Ted is the consummate counselor and a multidimensional executive. He will raise the bar for all of us on the management team and make us better", said Mr. Angelson. "As EVP of Business Development and Corporate Affairs at True North, he was the principal architect of the successful defense against the takeover attempt by Publicis, SA and the lead negotiator in the acquisition of Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckert. I am delighted that an executive of Ted's caliber would join us and, in light of our pending combination with Wallace Computer Services, Inc., I am particularly pleased that he will be based in Bannockburn." Mr. Theophilos served previously as a partner of Sidley, Austin, Brown & Wood in the firm's Chicago and New York offices. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and of the University of Chicago School of Law.
