Adobe Systems Reports 7.46% Stake In Engage

Dow Jones reported that Adobe holds 3.6 million Engage Inc. common shares. Shares of Engage Inc. closed Wednesday at 11 cents. A Schedule 13G denotes a passive investment stake of at least 5% in a company. Filers aren't required to provide a reason for any changes in stake and aren't required to detail any transactions. Engage is a provider of software solutions and services that streamline the advertising production process. Engage solutions combine workflow automation with digital asset management to automate repetitive tasks.
