PITTSBURGH, Jan. 31 -- Printcafe Software, Inc. announced today that the special committee appointed by its Board of Directors has engaged UBS Warburg to act as its financial advisor. The special committee was appointed to consider strategic alternatives for the Company, including evaluating and responding to the two existing offers for the acquisition of the Company.
