Komori America to Directly Manage Sales & Service in Southwestern U.S.

January 27, 2003 -- Komori America Corporation announced that effective today, they will directly manage the Komori sales and service activity in the Southwestern United States, previously managed by Dallas, TX based Graphic Equipment Southwest, Inc. The Southwest sales territory, consisting of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas and Louisiana will now be managed by Komori America’s Southeastern Office in Newnan, Georgia. Komori America President and COO, Stephan Carter stated, “Graphic Equipment has been a valuable partner to Komori over the last 20 years, and has professionally served the graphic arts community. The decision to take over direct management of this territory by Komori America Corporation, allows us to enhance our direct sales and service organization and better serve the needs of the changing marketplace in a transitional economy.” Komori America National Vice-President of Sales Paul Peyrebrune states that a sales and service organization will remain in the Dallas area, and will be managed by Komori America Regional Vice President, Kent Martin. “We are confident that this transition will be seamless to Komori customers and that they will continue to receive the high level of service they have come to expect.” Komori Corporation, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, is a premier manufacturer and worldwide distributor of offset printing presses.
