KBA North America, a member of the KBA Group and a leading sheetfed offset press manufacturer in Williston, VT, has promoted Evan Heise as its sales representative for a six state region, including Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, and New Mexico. Heise will be responsible for KBA Rapida sheetfed presses ranging in size from 20 x 29 to 47 x 64" as well as the 74 Karat Digital Press line. He will be based in Utah.           Heise had been KBA's nationwide product manager for the KBA Digital Press Division representing the 74 Karat Digital Press line. Prior to joining KBA, Heise managed a sheetfed press printing facility in Utah and then began working for Scitex as a service engineer on the Karat digital press project. He had extensive training in Israel and Germany for two-and-a-half years. In all, he's spent 12 years in the printing industry.           "We congratulate Evan on his expanded position at KBA," says Ralf Sammeck, president and CEO of KBA North America's Sheetfed Division. "His vast experience in the graphic arts industry will enable KBA to expand its presence in the mountain states."
