DESOTO, Texas--Jan. 17, 2003--Keith S. Walters, Chairman, President and CEO of Ennis Business Forms, Inc., announced today that Mr. Ewell Tankersley has resigned from the Board of Directors due to health reasons and Mr. Harve Cathey, Secretary and Treasurer, has been appointed to the additional position of Vice President-Finance and CFO. Mr. Tankersley joined Ennis Business Forms, Inc.'s Board in 1988. Mr. Walters stated that "Ennis Business Forms was very fortunate to have Ewell Tankersley serve on our Board for the last 15 years. His business experience and judgment were highly valued during his service on the Board, and his contributions will be missed." The Board of Directors has elected Mr. Ronald M. Graham, Vice President-Administration to fill the remainder of Mr. Tankersley's term, which expires in June 2003. A majority of the Board continues to consist of outside directors. Mr. Cathey had previously served as CFO from 1983 to 1996. In accepting the position, Mr. Cathey, who will reach normal retirement age in 2004, has indicated his commitment to serve beyond that date. Mr. Robert M. Halowec, who served as CFO from 1999 until the present, has resigned from the Company in order to pursue other business interests.
