The next important step in this process is to strengthen our customer focus through more intensive marketing and customer support efforts. Accordingly, we have made several important changes which we believe will continue to energize the company and improve our capacity to anticipate and respond to our customers." "First, I am very pleased to welcome Bill as the new vice president of strategic marketing and customer services," said Marino. "We have created this executive level position to emphasize the importance of the customer in our day-to-day operations and to better align the organizational infrastructure with the customer. Bill brings with him over 25 years of experience in the print and publishing industries on all levels - from print practitioner to strategic marketing. We believe his unique perspective will be advantageous as he leads our corporate brand marketing, business development and customer service efforts."
