January 8, 2003 -- The Society for Service Professionals in Printing (SSPP) announces the results of the November 16, 2002 Certified Printing Service Specialists (CPSS) exam. The extensive four-hour exam, which was held nationwide this November covered the technical aspects of printing as well as the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to be a successful printing specialist.
