Press release from the issuing company

VALHALLA, N.Y.--Jan. 3, 2003--Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Nelson-Keystone, Inc., a distributor to the graphic communications industry with branches in Fullerton, Calif., San Diego, Las Vegas and Phoenix. "We have served the graphic arts industry for over half a century," said Nelson-Keystone President Tim Young, "and our philosophy has always been to provide the most comprehensive and advanced solutions available, from digital pre-press to press and bindery needs, backed by supply chain management that assures in-stock availability." "Enovation continues to utilize its resources to provide our customers with information and answers that help them maintain a competitive advantage," said John Solwold, Enovation's West Regional Vice President. "This acquisition will bring that advantage to Nelson-Keystone's customers as well." Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc. was formed in 2001 with Fujifilm's acquisition of three leading dealers in the channel - PrimeSource Corporation, Heartland Imaging and Graphic Systems, Inc. Since then Enovation has acquired Taylor Impression Inc., with five branches in Tennessee and Arkansas, and Image Control Systems Inc., with its four branch locations in the Pacific Northwest including offices in Seattle, Portland, Spokane and Anchorage. In September of 2002, Enovation acquired certain assets of Arkin-Medo, Inc. and formed Arkin-Graphics Inc., establishing a major presence for Enovation in the New York metro area. "Nothing is more important to Enovation than preserving the relationships companies such as Nelson-Keystone have developed with their customers," said Dan Maffeo, Enovation's Executive Vice President. "We remain committed to the success of all of our customers and will do what it takes to deliver what they need, when they need it, whether it's new equipment, unique technology, creative financing options or simply advice from the people they have come to trust and depend on."
