February 10, 2002 – Dallas, TX – VERCOM Software, Inc. today announced that its subsidiary, PRIMAC Systems, Inc., a leader in information management tools for the graphic arts industry, has appointed Michael Cooke to the position of Vice President and General Manager effective January 1, 2003. In addition, Mr. Cooke will be appointed to the Board of PRIMAC Systems as Vice President and Secretary. Michael Cooke has maintained a professional relationship with PRIMAC Systems, Inc. for over twenty years and has been an employee of the company since 1995. During his tenure with PRIMAC Systems, Inc., Mr. Cooke has been involved in the Sales and Marketing area, as well as having been a member of the company’s Executive Committee. In his new capacity of Vice President and General Manager of the Dallas, TX office, Mr. Cooke will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and will oversee all facets of PRIMAC Systems, Inc.’s operations and growth. Additionally, Ziad Yamout, formerly Chief Operating Officer of PRIMAC Systems, Inc. will now focus his efforts on the Product Development Group in order to continue advancing PRIMAC’s feature rich and flexible software platforms. With the recent successful launch of PRIMAC Release 12, Mr. Yamout is driving the launch of the company’s next generation of software, e-PRIMAC, a fully browser enabled version of PRIMAC. e-PRIMAC will continue to boast PRIMAC’s depth of features, flexibility and customization coupled with next generation technology.
