IPA Call for Entries - Award to Recognize Marketing Innovation

December 20, 2002 -- IPA, the Association of Graphic Solutions Providers, is calling for entries in its 2nd Annual IPA Excellence in Marketing Awards program. The Excellence in Marketing Awards recognizes IPA members' marketing ingenuity in promoting their companies' graphic solutions, products and services. This award is designed to increase awareness of the importance of marketing in the future success of the graphic communication industry. Entries are asked to include the "solution" promoted, the marketing strategy and components of the campaign, campaign results, and creative samples. "Revolutionary changes in the graphic communication industry have dramatically changed the way graphic solutions providers reach their customers," commented Steve Bonoff, IPA president. "IPA members are especially innovative in the way they market their services and build relationships with their clients. The IPA Excellence in Marketing Awards recognizes this creativity and ingenuity." All entries will be showcased and winners announced at the IPA Marketing and Sales Conference, February 7-8 at Amelia Island Plantation, Amelia Island, Florida. Entries will be chosen by a select panel of marketing and graphic arts professionals. Entry deadline is January 15, 2003. The IPA Marketing Excellence Award is co-sponsored by IPA, along with the "IPA Bulletin" and "Electronic Publishing" magazines. Entry forms may be downloaded at www.ipa.org.
