Docucorp Relocates Atlanta Office

Press release from the issuing company

DALLAS--Dec. 19, 2002--Docucorp International, a leading provider of enterprise information solutions, today announced the relocation of its Atlanta offices to a larger site in Northwest Atlanta. The new 95,000 square foot office space is located in the Paces West office towers. "Our Atlanta office has experienced significant growth, as we have expanded from a document automation company to an information management company," said Kerry K. LeCrone, Docucorp's senior vice president of ASP. "Today our Atlanta office includes approximately 200 employees in sales, professional services and product development. Despite the difficult economy, we continue to grow and remain profitable, reporting revenues of $18.1 million for the first quarter of 2003." "Our expansion over the past few years forced us to maintain two different office spaces, which caused some logistical and operational difficulties. As a result, we engaged Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. to search for new office space in 2000," said LeCrone. "By relocating to Paces West, we are able to consolidate our Atlanta offices, as well as retain an option for additional space in the event of future needs."
