December 19, 2002 -- Cenosis Inc. announced today the postponement of its annual and special meeting of shareholders. The decision is a result of as yet incomplete though ongoing management negotiations with various parties which will yield agreements resulting in significant material changes. The said agreements may require shareholder approval. Management expects to announce the revised meeting date shortly.
