CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--Dec. 16, 2002-- Pageflex Inc., a pioneer and leader of Web-top publishing, the next wave of technology to follow desktop publishing, today announced a new partnership with All Systems Integration (ASI). The two companies will join forces to help ASI clients implement start-to-finish, print-on-demand systems for localizing and personalizing marketing campaigns using Pageflex Mpower and .EDIT. Based in Woburn, Mass., ASI supports the integration and workflow requirements of all publishing organizations connected to a digital infrastructure, including printers, publishers, corporate marketing communications groups, advertising agencies, pre-press trade shops and in-plant service bureaus. Well-known ASI clients include Quebecor World, American Power Conversion and Tiffany and Co. Combining systems integration expertise with Pageflex composition technology is an ideal way to develop full-service solutions for Web-top publishing projects. As ASI co-founder Steve Shinnick explained, "Our printing industry clients were demanding online variable-data solutions that spanned the workflow from concept to production and when we searched the market for a best-of-breed Web-to-print vendor for one-to-one marketing applications, we concluded that Pageflex was the clear leader. "We were especially impressed with the way Mpower and .EDIT let untrained end-users compose and edit variable content easily and successfully within professionally established design guidelines." Pageflex general manager, David Frenkel, added: "Working with established systems integrators is a cornerstone of our marketing strategy for Pageflex products. All Systems Integration brings to the table considerable strength in infrastructure development and deployment. The partnership also offers Pageflex connections to many successful printers across North America."
