McCormicks Bindery adds a Tigra perfect binder from Muller Martini

Pennsauken, New Jersey — McCormick’s Bindery Inc. has added a new Tigra perfect binding system from Muller Martini. The system can produce up to 3,600 soft cover books per hour. Tigra automates the production of perfect bound volumes with features such as menu-guided controls and an advanced integrated design. Its fast changeover capabilities make Tigra particularly well suited to quick turnaround, short-to-medium range jobs. Tigra is the only perfect binder in its class that provides side gluing of books. That results in products that are more durable, more attractive and more profitable.
