Paxar Acquires 10% Ownership in Disc Graphics

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--Feb. 5, 2003--Paxar Corporation announced that it acquired 10% of the equity of Disc Graphics, Inc., a diversified manufacturer and printer of specialty paperboard packaging. Disc has printing plants in Hauppauge, NY, Rockaway, NJ, and Burbank, CA. Its sales for the last year were approximately $50 million. Paul J.
