Oce Signs Two New Independent Dealers in California and Oklahoma

November 29, 2001, Chicago,IL – Oce-USA has added two new independent dealers to its Document Printing Systems (DPS) North American dealer network. This brings to seven the number of dealers Oce has added to its network since August, 2001. The two dealers are Image 2000, of Van Nuys, California and Standley Systems, of Chickasha, Oklahoma. The other five independent dealers are: CSU L.L.C., of Overland Park, Kansas; Informatique Comtel, of Quebec City, Quebec; Minneapolis-based Metro Sales Inc.; Applied Copier Concepts, of Greensboro, N.C. and Marimon Business Systems, Inc., of Houston. In addition, Oce will continue to maintain its relationship with IKON Office Solutions Inc. “A strong dealer network is vital as Oce expands its geographic sales reach,” said Wendell Wilson, group vice president of Oce DPS. “The dealers we’re signing have the reputation and experience to bring our high-volume solutions to new regions and specific market groups.” Image 2000 Founded in Van Nuys in 1991, Image 2000 specializes in selling printing systems to hospitals and school districts in the California counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Kern, Tulare and Fresno. Image 2000 will sell the Oce DPS400 digital printing system, Oce 3155 and Oce 3165 digital copier/printers and Oce DPS software to new and existing clients. “This is a great opportunity to expand our product offering into the high-volume printing space,” said Joe Blatchford, principal, Image 2000. “ Products of Oce’s caliber will definitely open new doors for us and enhance our business.” Standley Systems A leading provider of printers and office equipment, Standley Systems is a Chickasha, Okla. institution.
