R.R. Donnelley Enters Long-Term Directory Agreement With SBC, Over 700 Titles

CHICAGO, Nov. 26 -- R.R. Donnelley, the world's largest printer of telephone directories, has entered into a long-term contract with Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, Inc., Ameritech Publishing, Inc. and SNET Information Services, Inc. to print telephone directories for these SBC Communications Inc. directory companies. Under the terms of the agreement, R.R. Donnelley will continue to print directories through 2015 for Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages and Ameritech Publishing. In addition, R.R. Donnelley will print SNET Information Services directories in 2005 through 2015. During this period, it is projected that R.R. Donnelley will print more than 700 titles and 87 million copies per year.
