Over the last nine years, Nicolai Gradman had an impressive career with Grundfos, one of the world's leading manufacturers of pumps used for heating, air-conditioning, water supply, sewage handling and industrial process applications. During his tenure, he was promoted to Vice-President Manufacturing with full responsibility for two factories employing about 750 people. Nicolai has led several change and strategy processes within Grundfos, and has demonstrated impressive results towards productivity and quality improvements. Before this, Nicolai served as an officer in the Danish Army. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
