Portland, Ore. – November 5, 2002 – Extensis is now shipping a free update to Intellihance Pro, its award-winning Adobe Photoshop plug-in. Intellihance Pro automatically analyzes and corrects images from any source, including digital cameras, flatbed and drum scanners, or original digital artwork. With this upgrade to 4.1, Intellihance Pro has been updated to add support for Photoshop 7 in Mac OS X. The updated plug-in will be free-of-charge to registered Intellihance Pro 4.0 users who wish to use the plug-in with Photoshop 7 in Mac OS X, and is available now through the Extensis website at http://www.extensis.com/intellihancepro. “The demand for an update to Intellihance Pro from our users who have migrated to Photoshop 7 and Mac OS X has been overwhelming. Extensis is committed to keeping our plug-ins working with the most current and up-to-date parent applications,” said Michael Wong, Intellihance Pro product manager for Extensis. “With this release of Intellihance Pro 4.1, we are taking the first step to migrate select plug-ins from our Tools product line to offer complete support and compatibility with Photoshop 7 and Mac OS X.” “Adobe Photoshop has created an economy of innovation that allows developers like Extensis to deliver plug-in technology that extends the capabilities of this industry-standard application,” said Kevin Connor, director of Photoshop Product Management at Adobe Systems. “Extensis' latest upgrade to Intellihance Pro is a valuable add-on for Photoshop 7 users running Mac OS X, allowing them to get more out their image capture devices.”
