KIRKLAND, Wash., Oct. 31 -- ImageX (R), Inc. the leading provider of online solutions for distributing, managing and producing sales and marketing materials, today announced that it has granted Printcafe Systems Inc., a non-exclusive, worldwide license on three ImageX patents covering the automated hosted prepress process and the file conversion process in an automated print system. Printcafe is obtaining rights under ImageX's three patents for use in an automated print procurement product offering that will be supported, in part, by Creo, Inc. The license provides for a royalty arrangement, the details of which will remain confidential.
