Esko-Graphics Appoints Carsten N. Knudsen as CFO/COO

Gent (Belgium) October 30, 2002. Esko-Graphics announced today the appointment of Carsten N. Knudsen as CFO/COO and member of the Executive Management Board. Carsten N. Knudsen is 41 years old. From 1997 to 2000 he served in progressively high-level managerial positions with Maersk/A.P.Moller in Spain, Singapore and the USA. Most recently he held the position of CFO for Maersk in North America. One of Carsten's notable accomplishments was overseeing the acquisition and successful integration of Sealand Container Transport. In 2000 Carsten joined ISS-a/s as member of the Executive Management Board and CFO. ISS is a publicly traded company on the Copenhagen and London Stock Exchange. The firm has defined itself with an aggressive merger and acquisition growth strategy and is the world's largest Facility Service and Cleaning organization with 270.000 employees. At Esko-Graphics, Carsten will be responsible for Finance, IT, Administration and other operational areas.
