Larry Murray Heading the New MAN Roland Rapid Response Team

Press release from the issuing company

Westmont, Illinois — Larry Murray, an executive with 25 years of experience in high tech service and support, has been named Vice President in charge of MAN Roland’s new Rapid Response Team. The unit is composed of highly skilled technicians who utilize advancements like Remote Service Diagnostics and TeleTech to support the company’s customers. For the past 12 years, Murray has headed his own company, Interface Network, which specializes in training and consulting. Among his major clients were the North American Graphic Arts Suppliers Association (NAGASA), the Savin Corporation and MAN Roland. Murray’s development of the successful Tech Talk training for the press maker evolved into his new position. Widely published on management and technical subjects, Murray has worked as a technician, as a service manager, as a VP of service at the dealer level, and as a branch manager. Murray was a member of the Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) project team, serving as the Hardware Training Lead. The position involved creating and updating training materials and instructing hardware training for Air Force personnel. "The philosophy behind MAN Roland’s technology is to provide superior performance by delivering faster make readies, higher press speeds as well as lower waste and consumable costs," Murray notes. "This technology needs to be supported by a state-of-the-art after-sales service support structure which maximizes uptime. Our Rapid Response Team is the best in the business at making it happen."
