NPES elected three new directors at the Association's Annual Meeting October 27 in Napa, California. The new directors, elected to three-year terms expiring at the 2005 Annual Meeting, are: * H.A. Brandtjen, III, President, Brandtjen and Kluge, Inc., St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin * John Hamm, Vice President Marketing, Xerox Corp. Worldwide Graphic Arts Business, McLean, Virginia * Juergen Stolt, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Pantone, Inc., Carlstadt, New Jersey      David Reny, Vice President and Managing Director, Finishing Systems Division, Standard Finishing Systems was elected to serve the second year of his term as chairman. Elected to serve as officers with Reny were Regis J. Delmontagne, President; William K Smythe, Jr., Vice President; Mark J. Nuzzaco, Secretary and Gerald F. Clark as treasurer.      Elected to the Executive Committee with Reny was Gerald F. Clark, Vice President Corporate Accounts, MAN Roland Inc.; Donn S. Goldstick, Regional Senior Vice President, Heidelberg USA; Gerald A. Nathe, Chairman, Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. and Freimuth, Madill and Marx.      Elinor Midlik, President, Prime UV Systems, was honored as a retiring board member during the Conference banquet. Eric Frank, Vice President Product, Management Digital, Heidelberg U.S.A., was honored as retiring chairman of the Marketing Committee.
