CINCINNATI, Oct. 29-- Multi-Color Corporation, recently won three awards in the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute's 25th Annual Awards Competition. The international competition honors the finest labels produced by member converters in North, South and Central America, Europe and Australia. Multi-Color won first-place awards in the "gravure - color process - prime" category for its "Palmolive Dishwasher Detergent Label" entry, and in the "offset - color process - prime" category for its "Hershey Syrup Promotional Coupon Label" entry. The company also won an honorable mention award in the "wine and spirits - line & screen/tone - prime" category for its "Loiseau Bleu Wine Shrink Sleeve Label" entry. The awards were announced at the TLMI Annual Meeting in Henderson, NV, on October 22, 2002. The 25th Annual TLMI Awards Competition drew 264 entries from 46 converter member companies, resulting in 94 awards.
