Brown Printing Introduces Variable Trim Binding

Waseca, MN - Brown Printing Company announced today that variable trim binding (VTB) will now be available in their Woodstock, Illinois facility. This technology allows for the stitching of multiple titles with varying face trims in one co-manufacturing pool, enhancing postal savings for catalog and periodical customers.

The enhanced VTB capabilities allow stitchers to co-manufacture pools with multiple titles and face trims varying up to one inch. With the increased flexibility in the books’ sizes, more customers will have the opportunity to co-manufacture their titles creating greater opportunities for postage savings.
