September 26, 2002 - Flexo management expert, Ken Meinhardt will be speaking at an event hosted by the DiTrolio Flexographic Institute, on Thursday, October 17, 2002. The event topic "Estimating for Profit in Today’s Economy," will touch base on many industry concerns, such as: - Determining budgeted hourly rates for your equipment. - Estimating post press operations. - Tracking estimates won and lost. - Estimate requests via your web page. - Activity Based Costing (ABC) – measuring the cost of administration. Meinhardt, an 18 year veteran of the flexo industry, is the founder of Tailored Solutions, Inc., and has spent over a decade developing "practical management systems for print."
