Bitstream Releases New High-End Typeface Collection

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.-Sept. 24, 2002--Bitstream Inc., the first digital font foundry, today announced that it has released Type Odyssey 2, a high-end typeface collection with more than 1,450 fonts. Type Odyssey 2 includes award-winning typefaces from many of today's most innovative designers and foundries. Starting where Type Odyssey left off, Bitstream has added more than 450 new designs from 36 contributors, including 22 new typeface designers. This world-class compilation includes the Bitstream Typeface Library, the Bitstream New Font Collection, and the very latest designs from respected foundries and designers worldwide. Type Odyssey 2 is a completely unlocked CD-ROM. All the fonts are high-quality, professionally designed typefaces. The fonts are available in both PostScript and TrueType formats for either the Macintosh or Windows platform.
