Kinkos Appoints Diana Ingram as Senior Vice President, General Manager

DALLAS, Sept. 23 -- Kinko's, Inc., the world's leading provider of document solutions and business services, has announced the appointment of Diana Ingram as senior vice president and general manager. In this role, Ms. Ingram oversees and provides overall management for Kinko's West area, which includes more than 250 locations in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. "Kinko's welcomes Diana to our executive team.  She brings with her a well-rounded background in sales, marketing and business-to-business technology," said Gary Kusin, Kinko's president and CEO.  "Diana's impressive experience in management, strategy, development and execution makes her an invaluable addition to Kinko's." Ms. Ingram joins Kinko's after almost 20 years with IBM.  In her most recent role as vice president of global sales for wireless e-business solutions, she was responsible for directing the strategy and execution of a worldwide sales team made-up of more than 150 employees.  In this position, her team attained more than $1.5 billion in revenue for 2001.  Prior to that, Diana held additional significant roles at IBM including vice president of sales, communications sector for Latin America; director of media industry for Latin America; marketing development executive; and branch manager/business unit executive. Ms. Ingram received her bachelor of arts degree from Stanford University and her master of business administration in marketing and finance from Northwestern/Kellogg Graduate School of Management.  She has served on several boards including @dtech Latin America, Health Finance Report and Building Peaceful Communities.  In 1992, Ms. Ingram was the recipient of the prestigious Black Women of Achievement Award, presented by the NAACP Education and Legal Defense Fund.
