Press release from the issuing company

Cicero, IL, September 19, 2002 - NETg, a part of the Thomson Corporation, has purchased and installed Online Printstore from the Sefton Group, LLC. NETg joins a growing list of companies across the country that are using Online Printstore to better manage their print purchasing, distribution and inventory it was announced last week. NETg is a world-wide leader in providing educational and training solutions to corporations, with over 1,000 employees in 60 offices around the world. NETg will use Online Printstore as a fulfillment system for marketing and promotional materials. Several hundred sales and service personnel across the country can order the materials they require with Online Printstore facilitating the ordering, distribution, tracking, reporting and, when necessary, the approval/authorization process. Online Printstore’s inventory function will also allow NETg to better track what materials they have in stock and allow for more efficient re-ordering of materials. "We developed the Online Printstore to provide our sales and support teams with rapid access to marketing and promotional materials," said Wendy Colby, Vice President of Global Marketing Communications. "Now we are able respond more quickly to the marketing needs of our customers and this is driving higher usage of NETg's innovative learning programs." The Sefton Group (www.seftongroup.com) customized Online Printstore to meet the specific needs of NETg. Database design and population, site graphics, ordering process and reporting functions were all adapted to NETg’s requirements. Business rules for purchasing were developed and are automatically applied, allowing users to order up to their pre-authorized level without the need for manager approval. Online Printstore revolutionizes the purchase and distribution of printed materials. It provides for more efficient ordering, production, fulfillment and inventory control. Ideal for companies with many ‘end-users’ of printed materials it changes the process from a centralized ‘push’ to a decentralized ‘pull’. Online Printstore allows for a more productive relationship between printers and their customers.
