R.R. Donnelley Financial Names New President of Capital Markets Business

Donnelley Financial, the worldwide provider of financial printing and customized communications solutions, has appointed Terrence "Terry" Trayvick as president of its capital markets business. R.R. Donnelley Financial's services enable corporations, investment bankers and securities lawyers to meet complicated, regulated disclosure requirements for corporate compliance and transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, debt and equity offerings, demutualizations and international transactions. "As a service-intense business, our capital markets organization needs to focus on people. Understanding the changing needs of our customers will be critical, as will creating the right environment for our employees to deliver service excellence," said Trayvick. For the past three years, he led the successful consolidation and transformation strategies for R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions to support market-driven growth and optimization. Prior to this assignment, he gained extensive financial experience, most recently as senior vice president of finance for its commercial print group. Before joining R.R. Donnelley, Trayvick worked with Sara Lee Company, Procter & Gamble and General Motors. He earned a bachelor of science degree in industrial management from the University of Cincinnati in 1984 and an MBA in finance and marketing from Columbia School Business in 1988. Trayvick serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State University, a member of the Advisory Board of neoIT, and is a member of the Fellows Program for Leadership Greater Chicago.
