Deutsche Bank Chooses iGetSmart.com for Graphic Vendor Management

Press release from the issuing company

PALM BEACH, Fla.--Aug. 22, 2002--Workflow Management, a premier outsourcer of printed products and services, announced today that its iGetSmart.com subsidiary has signed a new multi-million dollar 3-year contract to provide electronic vendor management services for Deutsche Bank, allowing it to manage its entire corporate spend for graphic arts more effectively. Workflow Management's iGetSmart.com will implement its unique vendor and process management system for Deutsche Bank. The iGetSmart.com model complements Deutsche Bank's corporate global initiative to outsource non-core competencies. iGetSmart.com will provide a complete sourcing process solution - from defining spending requirements to qualifying and selecting suppliers - across all types of spend categories, including print, MRO, and other services and materials procurement. Workflow Management's iGetSmart.com was selected against other sourcing providers through a stringent due diligence process. The implementation of the iGetSmart system solution is scheduled to go live at Deutsche Bank by October 2002. Tom D'Agostino, Sr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer stated, "This relationship with Deutsche Bank is another important win for Workflow Management. Our ability to penetrate the market and satisfy diverse client needs separates us from traditional print companies. In fact, unlike traditional sourcing which relies on specialist buyers and involves prolonged manual processes to gather and analyze information, we utilize our iGetSmart system. This proprietary sourcing process streamlines and leverages the knowledge and expertise available within our company." "Given the current economy, numerous companies are taking steps to do business in a cost effective manner, making end-to-end procurement solutions more relevant and viable than ever. Consequently, the iGetSmart.com model is helping companies such as Deutsche Bank maximize the benefits of outsourcing and it is leading to concrete results that translate directly into bottom line improvement," stated Tom D'Agostino, Jr., President of the Workflow Solutions Division and President and CEO of iGetSmart.com. "After witnessing first hand the collaborative effort between the Deutsche Bank team and the iGetSmart team, it is exciting to see that both groups are in sync and working hard to reach the common goal of providing significant savings for Deutsche Bank."
