iPrint Technologies Drops Arthur Andersen, Adds BDO Seidman as Auditor

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 12, 2002 -- iPrint Technologies, a leading provider of online and offline marketing and customized branding solutions, today announced it has engaged BDO Seidman, LLP to serve as the Company's auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2002, replacing Arthur Andersen LLP. This appointment was approved by the Company's Board of Directors upon the recommendation of its Audit Committee.
