Newly certified HP devices augment SWOP certified proofing environment MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (July 31, 2002) – CGS Publishing Technologies International, manufacturers of the ORIS Digital Proofing System, today announced the addition of the newly SWOP certified HP DesignJet 10/20ps table-top printers to its growing family of supported inkjet proofing devices. The ORIS Digital Proofing System was the first SWOP certified drop-on-demand ink jet proofing environment, receiving its certification in March this year. "We are especially pleased that the HP printers have been awarded SWOP certification," said Trevor Haworth, CGS President & CEO. "A wide range of SWOP certified devices, at various price levels, can only help broaden the acceptance of economical ink jet printing."
