Press release from the issuing company

Focus is on personal service and custom solutions to improve performance and profitability Norwalk, Connecticut, USA - Within the maze of equipment and technologies packed into Graph Expo 2002, Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG) will offer an oasis of personal service and custom solutions at McCormick Place. In an exhibit focused on KPG customers and attendees, a team of KPG professionals dedicated to answering questions and solving problems will welcome visitors to Booth 4406. "As always, we will feature the quality digital and conventional plates, proofing and color technologies, and film that printers have come to expect from KPG," says Andrew Copley, President, Americas. "But our number one product at Graph Expo is partnership. KPG’s attitude is to listen to a customer’s priorities and concerns, then work closely with them to improve performance and profitability in these challenging times." Among its complete lineup of solutions for consistent color, KPG will show Matchprint analog, digital, and inkjet proofing, the Kodak Approval XP digital halftone color proofing system, digital printing products, their newest thermal plates, SWORD and Thermal Gold, and Kodak Premier Hard Dot Film. In addition, KPG will announce the introduction of a new White Donor for the Approval system. The opaque white spot color donor will meet growing customer demand, particularly among packaging printers, for proofs that accurately reproduce the color white. Users will be able to proof white on a wide-variety of substrates, including most papers, board stocks, clear plastics, flexible plastics, as well as foils and metals. "Graph Expo gives North America its first chance to see KPG’s expanded portfolio of products in one place," Copley said. "Customers will find the products and technologies they need to ensure high quality reproduction and accurate color at every stage of their workflow."
