ALEXANDRIA, Va.---July 22, 2002--On-Site Sourcing today announced that Mary Ann Mayhew has joined the Company as Executive Vice President of Government & Professional Services. Mayhew spent eighteen years with the public, federal government IT firm, Computer Data Systems, Inc. (CDSI), before the company merged with Affiliated Computer Services. At CDSI, Mayhew held various senior level positions including Executive Vice President of Contracts & Legal Services, Executive Vice President of Business Development, and President of CDSI's Information Technology Solutions Company (ITS). ITS was a $170 million nationwide business employing 2600 IT professionals. More recently, Mayhew has been providing consulting and interim CEO services for start-up companies. She was instrumental in securing investment capital, creating business infrastructures and marketing plans, and launching newly developed software products into the marketplace. Mayhew holds a BBA in Marketing and a JD degree. Christopher Weiler, President and Chief Executive Officer of On-Site, remarked, "I am excited about Mary Ann's arrival.
