Standard Register to Manage Fulfillment and Distribution of Transit Passes

Press release from the issuing company

DAYTON, Ohio & SAN MATEO, Calif.-- March 25, 2002 --Standard Register announced a multi-year agreement with WageWorks in which Standard Register will manage the fulfillment and distribution related to WageWorks' national transit program. The WageWorks' commuter benefits program allows employees throughout the United States to pay--on a pre-tax basis--for transit to and from work and for parking while at work. Standard Register was chosen to create and distribute personalized transit packages nationwide because of the company's strength in fulfillment services. Don Berger, senior vice president of Service Delivery at WageWorks, remarked, "Standard Register's strong management team, in-depth logistics and fulfillment expertise, along with its commitment to exceed customer expectations, is the fundamental reason we chose Standard Register for a distribution partner. The entrepreneurial spirit of SR's Fulfillment Services group, supported by a strong organizational infrastructure, only confirmed our decision. We are confident that together, WageWorks and Standard Register will deliver the highest quality of customer service we demand for our clients.'' With its national fulfillment centers, Standard Register generates thousands of one-to-one professional employee communications within 72 hours, which drives the level of service WageWorks expects for its customers. In addition, Standard Register Fulfillment Services offers variable digital color solutions, Internet and electronic document presentment and CD-ROM archiving.
