Skinny Technologies Comments on CopyDot, Strikes Deal with Interimaging

March 25, 2002 -- Skinny Technologies has concluded a licensing agreement with Interimaging Inc. to utilize SkinnyPDF services as part of their North American Imaging program. Interimaging Inc. will supply a network of inter-city, inter-affiliate networked professional service bureaus with comprehensive state of-the art imaging services and digital capture rental equipment with studios. The main source of revenue for Interimaging Inc. is realized from within the North American movie production industry. Skinny Technologies Inc. will provide one Skinny Server and one “License” to Interimaging Inc. and has established a VAR agreement for Interimaging Inc. to market in conjunction with Skinny Technologies Inc. the Skinny family of products and services. In addition, Interimaging Inc. will explore the Skinny ImagePortal for use within their North American Extranet. The amount of money spent on a daily basis by this industry on couriers, data transmissions and sending actual film from city to city is astounding.
