Mail-Well: Direct Graphics Signs Seven-Year Agreement With Money Mailer

Press release from the issuing company

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., March 15 -- Mail-Well, Inc., announced today that its Direct Graphics division has signed a seven-year agreement to provide direct mail printing and mailing services on the east coast for Money Mailer, LLC, a quality leader in the $47 billion direct mail industry. This agreement enables Direct Graphics to diversify its direct mail production services, while helping Money Mailer expand its nationwide circulation. The agreement calls for Direct Graphics to print and mail between 10 million and 30 million Money Mailer over sized red, white and blue envelopes annually to many of Money Mailer's eastern U.S. target markets. "We are honored that one of the nation's largest direct mailers and quality franchise companies has selected Direct Graphics as its east coast printing and mailing partner,'' said Brian Condon, Vice President and General Manager of Direct Graphics. Godfred Otuteye, Money Mailer's President and Chief Executive Officer, added, "Establishing Direct Graphics as our printing and mailing strategic partner provides us additional flexibility to handle the production for some of our existing east coast franchisees, while giving us room to further develop these existing markets, as well as expand into new ones. Through this growth, we hope to make it more convenient for our franchisees to continue to help more local businesses grow and more households save money.''
