SCOTTSDALE, AZ (February 20, 2002)–CRC Information Systems, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce a new pricing schedule for 2002 that will significantly reduce the initial investment in CRC’s management software, THE System, and help graphic arts companies realize a substantial return on investment much sooner than with traditional software licensing fees. “We are very excited to be able to provide the graphic arts industry with this service,” remarks CRC Chief Executive Officer Henry S. Hebing. “With the emphasis being placed on reducing costs and keeping capital expenditures to an absolute minimum, it is imperative that companies notice a more immediate benefit for their investment dollar. Traditionally, companies must endure a ramp-up period of several years before seeing a return on their software investment. With this new program we expect to reduce that period significantly and begin generating a noticeable return on investment soon after implementation.” Under this new program companies can acquire THE System from CRC with no upfront license fee. The customer simply pays for training and software support. Shortly after implementation CRC customers can expect to benefit from increased productivity, reduced administrative costs, and tighter controls over waste, inventory, author alterations, and accounts receivable. The monthly savings generated in these areas alone allow THE System to pay for itself.
