Presented by the Atlanta Electronic Commerce Forum (AECF) and the Georgia Electronic Commerce Association (GECA), this premier event for the Atlanta technology community will be held at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia on Tuesday, February 12, 2002. Russell will discuss the real promise of e-commerce and the hurdles that are blocking progress in realizing that promise.
