Brown Enhances B.Direct with New Customer Portal

Waseca, MN – Brown Printing Company today announced the launch of a new information avenue with B.Direct - Customer Portal.  An extension of Brown’s B. Direct services, the new
Customer Portal will operate through a friendly and intuitive online interface.

“Prior to the Customer Portal, this type of information was only available through a Customer Service Representative or direct contact at the plant level,” said Scott Blahosky, Brown’s IT Business Systems Manager. “This additional avenue will allow our customers the capability to retrieve up to the minute reporting securely through any standard internet connection worldwide, at any time.”

The benefits of B.Direct – Customer Portal for Brown Printing’s publishers and catalogers include comprehensive graphical reports, online information, and a historical information repository that will provide critical information and aid in business decisions. Additionally, this solution offers customers the ability to create and manage accounts for co-workers.  This facilitates collaboration for different contacts at the organization to access a centralized repository of information.
