Bowne Global Solutions Names Eileen McIntyre as Chief Marketing Officer

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--Feb. 7, 2002--Bowne Global Solutions (BGS) has announced the appointment of Eileen C. McIntyre as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. McIntyre will report to Carl Glaeser, President and CEO. "Recent acquisitions and growth in our customer relationships have made BGS the leader in providing a range of consultative, technical, and editorial globalization services to customers around the world, '' said Glaeser." As we continue to transform our industry, marketing will play an increasingly important role in introducing us to new markets and deepening existing customer relationships. Eileen's expertise in B-to-B services marketing strategy and communications will help accelerate our progress in becoming a greater force in global business.'' With more than 25 years of experience in the marketing and communications arena, McIntyre has held key roles with such well-known organizations as J. Walter Thompson, Dun & Bradstreet and Ernst & Young LLP. And her business-to-business focus over the last 12 years has also included Senior Vice President roles at Margeotes, Fertitta and Partners (1991-1993)--where she managed account relationships including Goldman Sachs and Putnam Investments--and at GAB Robins (1997-2000) where she headed Corporate Marketing.
