SAN JOSE, Calif.--Feb. 4, 2002--Adobe announced eight of its typeface designs received Certificate of Excellence awards from the world's most recognized type design competition, bukva:raz!. bukva:raz! is an international design competition organized by the Association Typographique Internationale (ATypl). ATypl recognized five Adobe fonts in the OpenType family: Arcana, Caflisch Script Pro, Minion Pro, Myriad Pro, and Waters Titling Pro. The other three winning fonts, Kinesis, Nyx and Shuriken Boy, are included in the Adobe Type Library in PostScript Type 1 format.
