Komori Corporation Appoints Carter as President of Komori America

January 21, 2002, Rolling Meadows, IL - Komori Corporation announced today the appointment of Stephan Carter as President and Chief Operating Officer of Komori America Corporation, Rolling Meadows, IL. Mr. Carter joined Komori in October of 2001, as Senior Vice-President, Sales and Marketing. He will continue to report to Hirosuke Yanagida, who assumes the new position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Komori America. Prior to joining Komori, Mr. Carter had a long career with Chicago based R.R. Donnelley & Sons, holding numerous senior management positions in sales and manufacturing. A graduate of Harvard University, Mr. Carter and his family reside in Barrington, IL. "Mr. Carter’s unique perspective and extensive experience in the graphic arts industry will be a major asset to Komori America in achieving our business development objectives," says Yanagida.
