KPG Names Barbara Cederberg to Corporate VP, Strategy and Development

President of Imation’s Color Business Joins KPG Management Team Norwalk, Connecticut, USA – Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG) today announced the appointment of Barbara M. Cederberg as Corporate Vice President, Strategy and Development. Cederberg will direct the long term corporate and strategic business development planning functions, including business alliances and acquisitions. Cederberg will also direct KPG’s global research and development (R&D) function, including all plate, proofing, film, software systems and digital printing product development initiatives. She becomes an officer of the Company and a member of the KPG Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. "I’m confident Barb will enhance KPG’s ability to consistently supply our customers with technologically superior products," said Jeff Jacobson, Chief Executive Officer. "Barb understands that new graphic arts technology must anticipate and fulfill customers’ future requirements. Her technical, manufacturing and successful product commercialization expertise is extensive and I’m gratified that she has joined our executive management." Most recently Cederberg was President of the Imation Color Technologies business and a Vice President and corporate officer of Imation Corp. In the last 2 years she led the reinvention of the Color Technologies business to develop and commercialize new offerings in color proofing, color software, and services for the graphic arts industry. Cederberg has considerable general management and technical management experience at Imation and 3M. Cederberg played a key role in the development of two of the company's most successful products: the technology platforms for DryView film technology and the landmark Matchprint proofing systems. Cederberg is a member of the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF) Board of Directors and is an Industry Representative for the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Sloan Printing Industry Center.
