Magna Officially Changes Name To Skinny Technologies Inc.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA-- Daniel Walters, C.E.O. of Consolidated Magna Ventures, is pleased to announce the Company has changed its name to Skinny Technologies Inc. Effective at the market open today, the common shares of Skinny Technologies (Magna) started trading on the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) under the new symbol SKI (previously CMV). Stated Mr. Walters, "Today's name change marks the birth of a new company. It has long been my dream to develop this exciting new technology and bring it to market. The evolution of Consolidated Magna Ventures into Skinny Technologies is just the beginning for us.'' "The Skinny team has been successful in commercializing our proprietary image encoding technology in the Pre-press business in association with CopyDot Prepress Inc. Our focus has now turned to landing contracts, expanding revenues and building up our core management team to handle the increased business. Material developments will be announced as they close.'' Skinny Technologies is classified as a communications, media, publishing and printing company for the purpose of the CDNX index. There are currently 42,892,839 common shares issued of the 100,000,000 shares in authorized capital, of which 6.4 million shares are escrowed.
