Muller Martini Bolsters Western Presence, Keith Murphy Jr. Leads Group

Press release from the issuing company

Hauppauge, New York — In its continuing efforts to get closer to its customers, Muller Martini USA is decentralizing its sales operations in the West, creating a Western Region Sales Group under the direction of Keith Murphy Jr. A 16-year veteran with Muller Martini USA, Murphy successfully established the company’s Midwest Sales Office in 1994, building it into one of the most responsive technical sales and service organizations in the graphic arts. Murphy has already assembled his core team to power the new West Coast division, selecting Richard Allart, Dan O’Brien, Terry Moore and Paul Easley from the ranks of Muller Martini’s sales organization. In announcing the creation of the new Western Regional Sales Group, Roger P. Bilodeau, Vice President of Sales, noted that the company is decentralizing its sales management and technical sales and service support so it can meet its customers’ needs more effectively. "The Western Region is a market with an extremely high concentration of opportunities for Muller Martini products in the USA," he said. "The ultimate purpose of our regional presence there is to help printers, publishers and binderies profit from those productive opportunities." Muller Martini is the world’s largest manufacturer of postpress finishing equipment. Headquartered in Hauppauge, New York, Muller Martini USA manufactures, markets and services variable size web presses and postpress finishing solutions for printers, newspapers and binderies.
