KPG Completes Acquisition of Tech Services International

(TSI), a leading provider of technical service and support for print industry technologies. The new company, which will be named Tech Services International LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of KPG and will have its headquarters in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, USA. The current KPG service organization will join with TSI, combining the technical and logistical strengths of both organizations.
